I dunno how but i was chasing the ambulance, g in it, drove it into the sea and lol a glitch happened. Haha by accident as well!

I did this but you cannot save although you keep the achievements.

I loaded my old save and the screen stayed corrupted but after a system reset all is fine - just still have the collect missions to do so little achieved except 55 gamerpoints as I already have collected most of them.

@CH1CKENQUIFF I did this on complete accident while i was finishing a certain mission and turn on the ambulance light and i couldn't turn around so i ran right off the cliff and got this bug even in 2010 its still has that problem...

Just all the collect achievements but you cannot save it after you do it so when you next play it you will have the achievements but you will not have any of the collect missions done.
