Loved the place. I was there many years ago in Februari. Lots of snow, hardly made it, even with a prepared 4 x 4.. In Vig we had a fun time at the local gas station/cafetaria. :-)

Stayed in Vik for 3 days a few weeks ago with my children. It's got to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, & your video brought it all back. Thank you. And the Sandy Denny song goes with it so well.

i got to this video thanks to the " sigur ros Heima dvd " which i own, and they perform a song in this place, so i wrote the name on a paper and looked for it here in youtube , it's beautiful, I'm Mexican and i lived in cancun for 7 years and i always thought there wouldnt be a beach nicer than Cancun until i saw this one, which is totally the opposite, clody and no sun but that makes it even nicer !!!
