This is similar to my design. I actually tried to get my washer aligned just like how you have it, but it was a pain in the ass to try and clamp them that way with bolts. did you weld yours?
We've got a new design now. We've also heard from folks that our stainless steal should be round, not rectangular. Also, we've heard that you can lower the amps used by making "nuetral" plates. We're thinking of reheating the rods and pulling them so that we can have a couple of plates of neutral throughout the unit. We made them rectangular to make the best use of the material we had, and to fit a tube that we had. The nylon washers and nylon threaded rod kick but for neutral spacing.
Its kool to see the gas fill the container... thats not a great way of volume testing... need a better way.
Even a PSI would be nice to see... along with a LMP
