How to Restore Original Folder Icons in Windows XP

for whose who still can't restore to default windows icon. Use the TweakUI program. It's free download from Microsoft page or use google. Run the setup file. When done, go to Start menu -> Run. Type "TweakUI" press enter. Then in that program select Repair > Rebuild Icons > Repair Now. And done :) hope this will help somebody like me.

I deleted the my pictures icon with all it's contents. So I do not have a desktop.ini

generic file.txt What do I need to do? Do I have to have those files?

Hi,I have a big problem!Before a few days,I have installed Windows 7 remix theme for Windows xp,but when I remove it from my windows I saw that the icons of the theme and one window of the theme isn't removed! I tested many programs,many ways to remove them,but nothing worked out! :( Please help .. ;(

To restore folder icons, click Start, Run.

Type rundll32 mydocs.dll,PerUserInit

Press Return.

Et Voila!
