  • Rob I have had lower back pain for years and I have decided to stop doing deadlifts as they do my back more harm than good... can you recommend other exercises that work the lower back i can do? thanks

  • rob,what length of barbell is best for performing bent over barbell rows? would a 7-foot bar,or 6-foot bar or 5-foot bar be best/most advantagous for doing this exercise?

  • A good pull up I'm doing is pull yourself up in 1 second and lower yourself back down slowly, counting to 4 seconds....its a killer!

  • This guy sucks! if you want to build a big back dont do clap pull ups, slow movement and the right technique is what you need. Not what hes doing on the barbell rows at all.

    Unbeleivable thickness in his back? the only thing unbeleivable is this guys ego.

    Watch Victor Martinez back workout, that is how you should do it if you want to build a big back watch that i think its got 2 or 3 parts and his technique is one of the best ive seen.Good luck guys!

  • @therockeyboi This guy is a pro ibbf bodybuilder & well known model. He can have a ego. Besides, he is pretty humble if you compare him to other bodybuilders. He did the clap pull ups to put some variety in his workout.

  • fiddlebender88 Well apparently u have no idea what u are on about then. Crossfit is all about teaching form on compound functional movements. So unless u have actually done Crossfit and not just watched a couple of videos I suggest u shut your face

  • @chrissanvo No thanks. I've seen dozens of CrossFit videos here on Youtube and apparently that type of program teaches you to ignore proper form. The most yanking and shaking I've ever seen anyone do at the gym.

  • Alright, question to anyone who'd like to give some advice or thought. I'm a freshman in college and still live at home. My parents don't pay any attention to good nutrition and they buy the most worthless junk to eat. I've been trying to trim fat for what seems like an eternity but being in college I don't have enough money to buy my own food. I feel trapped. So would it just be wise to wait until I live on my own to try? I'm just stuck and don't know what to do. Incredibly frustrating.

I normally vary the days, times and types of training every time but im trying to start targeting specific muscle groups each time alongside boxing. itd be good to hear from you.   • That is very educational video Rob especailly Back and Chest training are very important because these muscles part of big muscles groups of our body. Everybody should work these muscle groups. Pullups one of the my favourite back training tips also İnverted Row exercise important too. Clap pull up was so different and great.
