1. 4 fixed wheels, Either side of the wheels, left or right stops or rotate at the oppsite direction of the other, like what you will see in a tank.

2. It's a animation, even if it's real it's still possible to carry that amount of bullets, but not spamming it like what you see in this video.

You're an idiot. You're only seeing the aggressive uses. Think about this for a little bit..imagine the robot doesn't even have a weapon. They put that on there for selling purposes - to fund the technology. While yes, it may be a military project, they can implement every single piece of that into any other robotic project on earth.

You can't just start building things right away. It is a long process. Modeling, Ideas, Research, Testing, etc. They had 3D movie of how robots land on other planets. Now we have rovers walking on Mars, etc.
