Steroid abuse is so difficult to talk about, especially in terms of addiction.  I think that this is mainly because men do not want to address the mental and emotional problems that exist and drive them to use steroids.

Ok, so very few guys have actually died from steroids... Who cares! The point is that long term, they DO eventually cause damage to the body. Those that say they don't are in denial because the medical information is out there. Ok, most will say that if the steroids are monitored by a doctor, they are safe... I never knew any guys who did steroids, do them in moderation. EVER. Not to mention, there are a ton of ugly cosmetic side effects: gyno, hair loss, acne? Steroid users are losers.

@dorianhh. LOL really? That's terrible. Many people have died from liver failure due to steroid use. Countless people have also ended up with a heart attack or heart disease due to steroids. Not to mention you can Over dose on them as well. A girls brother died when we were in high school due to steroid use. Check facts before you say stuff like that man.

These type of people train for all the wrong reasons. Try being born with club feet, 40 LBS overweight and therefor, completely unattractive with no self confidence. I go to the gym 3 x a week for 2 hours, I count my calories and I've lost 22 LBS in about 3 months. I don't take steroids to enhance anything and I don't go to the gym in order to attract women. The so called "perfect body" and physical attraction is the wrong mentality to have and will get you no where in the end. Period.

it isnt legal, but in some bodybuilding organazations, they "assume" that you arent taking them so they dont test, but other organizations do though
