@shanker2010 Actually, it was 1862 when the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue enacted an income tax (see Revenue Act of 1862). But with the suspect "ratification" of the sixteenth amendment the IRS began restructuring in 1913, the Rothschilds completely took us over creating both the FED and the ADL that year. The FBI was formed in 1908 but did you know that the first FBI agents were Secret Service agents? The Secret Service is under the treasury dept.!
