I highly doubt any gaming youtuber will be affected because none besides maybe 2 or 3 will ever make more than or even close to 2500$. Also, I have the right to state my opinion and it is that the bill will not go through. Not being an ass.

Also, partnership only pays you 1/3 of a cent per like/view (dunno which) so if you do the math he would make 32905 pennies from this video, divide that by 100 and you get 329$ for this video with almost 100,000 views. With that said, you would need 750000 views to make 2500$ from a single video. Very few gaming youtubers make close to that many views on their videos. Please stop arguing, I'm not an idiot I've done research.
