where do you download all the multimedia from? like the tv shows,movies etc

I have done exactly what you're doing, but it doesnt download the information for my tv-shows. It just stops, all movies works, but I can't access the library mode, and I don't get _any_ fanarts, got any ideas?

@thomaslool Thanks for the comments, unfortunately this video is a little out of date. A new version of XBMC has been released since I made this video.

Under the new version, make sure that you have "The TVDB" installed under "TV Information" In the add-ons directory. This should pick up all the information for you.

hi i downloaded xbmc for linux mint 11, I just notice the one from windows have scripts in the menu the version i got for linux doesn't have it. can you do a linux tutorial, thank you,

@dhante0334 Hi, the issue is not a difference between Windows and Linux. This video is quite old now and XBMC has changed (to version 10.1) since then. The script and plugin features are accessed differently on the new version. Do a search for XBMC Dharma in order to see how the new features work.

@tranvozcaya There isn't an up to date Megavideo plugin for XBMC. The best thing for you to do would be to ask on the forums to see if anyone is working on a plugin for XBMC that will let you use a Megavideo account

@TechMadeEasyUK I desist of programming.. i can't see a full doc. or movie.. its because i'm not programig it successfully.. inside there is the option of help, a kind of tutorial.. where its showed all the procces to can see FULL movies docs ets.. but is to complicated for me.. now i realize.. so i dessist.. perhaps one day some friend comes here, or takes the "teamviewer" to do it.. until then i surrender.. i appreciate your efforts to help, you're very kind, once more i thank you so much..

@tranvozcaya If you've installed it succesfully then there is no need to register on any website or forum. You have to provide your own movie library from your own media files, there is no free media associated with XBMC. You have to run the XBMC program on your computer and then add your media files to it's library using the "Add Source..." option under the Video menu.

Where did you get all of your Tv-Shows from?

@hasaniguy This is an older version, I made the video in May last year. Most of the "look and feel" is the same as Dharma, as is the installation in Windows. The only difference would be with the new plugin system on Dharma.

i was wondering how you got your mouse that colour also it says live at the end of the downlad center so does that mean i can stream it through a usb on the back of my tv

@psydaus Hi, thanks for the comment, my cursor is slightly different because I was actually using XBMC on an Apple Mac. I don't believe there is a way to change the cursor within XBMC.
