I'm 59, and though I've always been a pop fan, my mom loved Mantovani, so I grew up with the sound of his strings filling the house. The sound of his orchestra's "cascading violins" is so distinctive and beautiful. Thank you to all of you have posted his music. You truly have exquisite taste!
