Kinda creepy you could have added some cool ghostly dissappearing effect with after effects or something and then have it chase you as more of a misty being instead of a solid person, 90% of all "ghost" occurences occur when there isn't even anything there and that they just see objects moving so perhaps have some objects moving around then have a the scare.

I didn't jump because the footage is too dark... but the mood in this video is perfect. The part where the girl is running at you in the stairs is the most scary part... remember me my old nightmares! Good work!
