Norway was the worst in this batch. Kosovo and Mexico are the best. Panama should probably have a good chance if a little refined, too much movement. Paraguay's dress is amazing but not with that catwalk.

Spain was really deserving of the top 10 and her gown wasn't that bad too. But the top 10 is just competitive.

Are you for real? Miss Universe is a mainstream event, not an avante garde event. Korea should have a different material for her gown. Japan is a simple disaster with that feather bag, a beaded belt, and platform shoes. What a relief when she did not show that to top 10.
