you need to strengthen your core and make the lift in one strong movement. your hips drive up low-bar style first and then you semi-goodmorning the weight midway.
it's a legit squat, but if you get into OLY, you need to improve your form
@aguaditoo I'm squatting 115kg atm, 117.5 next workout (and I weigh 92kg). Squats still going good but lately I've been getting really unpleasant lower back pain - not during the lifts themselves but right after, a kind of pulsating thing T.T most of the reps I'm pretty sure my form is sound (as far as I and the olympic lifter guy at my gym can tell), but on some reps I do what this guy does where you kind of get stuck halfway and have to semi good morning out. How can I correct this?
When I get tired, the last reps get into a semi good morning, I'm at 112,5 kg now :)
Problem is that my back is to weak to keep the weight up when I start to push my legs up and it ends up with my legs going up faster then my back and I good morning the shit...
Working on your back strength is the key, like, hyper extensions or reverse hyper extensions, look up Louie Simmons videos for better explanation.
there's more to squat form to depth.

I am extremely jelly. You sir, need to release a book of some sort, be it a biography or a weightlifting guide, because I would buy it.
