im been with at&t since with pack bell and cingular..and i do had so many cell since back 1998 .. but i have to tell you I LOVE THIS PHONE.. COMPARED WITH ALL I HAD IN THE PASS.. GREAT PIC, VIDEOS , IS SO MUCH EASIER TO TEXT ETC... NEVER HAVE PROBLEM TO TURN OFF AND BACK UP TURN BACK ON..WONDER YOUR PHONE IS DAMAGE ., SHOULD TALK TO AT&T ABOUT THAT..ANYWYA THX FOR THE INFO U GIVE US CIAO

1)I have the ulimited data package thing, where you get unlimited text/internet email all that junk.

hey man really appreciate it yeah as far as I know more than a couple have been having a small problem with it turning off I think it's mainly because of the hold key and the way it's integrated in the phone but yeah it's a great phone i love it and the gel skins just came out I got one at radioshack anyways thanks and have fun with your phone
