  • You'd wanna make sure that step doesn't break! Great vids. Good inspiration. But also shows me how long I have to go!

  • THIS MAN IS A BEAST IDK HOW PEOPLE CAN TALK SO MUCH SHIT ON HIS OTHER VIDS YOUR AN INSPIRATION TO ALL NATURAL BODYBUILDERS AND POWERLIFTERS LAYNE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

    HARD WORK DEDICATION

  • Hey Layne, What belt do you use while deadlifting? & where could I get my hands on one? Is there a site?

    Many Thanks,

  • nice , i admire natural bodybuilding ... that's what i'm doing also

  • Hey Layne what's your routine like? Do you deadlift once a week, or twice ala Westside Barbell style?

I'm wondering what your rep range is like too, because I'm close to 450lbs now and that's by doing very low reps weekly (I'm switching to high reps soon).

Would you say training with bands has helped you the most? I have everything (diet, etc) in place, just looking to really get my weight up there. Thanks!

  • Sorry to sound ignorant, but: Do you use the bands to train the top half and lockout of the deadlift more than the initial liftoff from the floor? Good luck at RUM, Layne. It might be the closest to a genuine "worlds" as we're going to see with all the alphabet soup feds out there! Hope to see some video from it.

  • Layne those arent the short bands are they? Also how much tension do those bands produce.

  • no idea. I think they are equivalent to the blue jump stretches

  • wanan hook me up wiht a routine to do for a few weeks?

  • Do you have any numbers in mind or is going to be a surprise Layne? Hope you get a video of the meet! Great job I'm sure you will kill it.

  • wow bro that's insane, you are one tough dude.

  • Incredible. Layne you're a beast!

  • Layne are you working on your upper back strength it seems on your squat your only problem is you go forward a tad.

  • If layne went on gear he would prolly be pulling 800+

  • That's crazy impressive weight to be doing natural. Great job!

  • You ever been smacked through a computer screen?

  • I guess I'll humor you. I don't use steroids, I don't have anything against those that do, just not the path I have chosen. My squat form needs work and it has come a long way and I continue to try to improve it.

  • Have you ever had knee problems Layne? I'm not taking the piss out of your squat or anything! just wondering if you have?

  • fortunately I have never had knee problems and don't really have any chronic issues with pain anywhere.

  • @ ger1mon

    Hes natural dude.

  • we love you layne! Push those feet through the floor!! Per aspera ad astra

  • very impressive as usual....Love the videos you should put up more often, huge inspiration.

  • nice vid layne your deadlift went up i know your pecks good by now wht u benching ?

  • probably around 350-360

  • nice man next vid u should video all 3

  • layne got a question are you being coached or trained to powerlift?

  • nope, doing it myself

  • that is really kewl buddy!!

  • good shit layne

  • Thats some beast shit, Ive honestly never been impressed with your bodybuilding, yet this has def made me a fan. Takes some balls to lift half of that weight . I could not do it, nor could 99.9 percent of the world. Good shit brother..

  • thanks i think

  • Sweet shit!!!!

wish i could lift that much...which, i guess i should be able to

but........... my squat is shit compared to that, only like 325 maybe 25 more pounds, and my deadlift is like 450 maybe 475 (got 405 for 4, coulda done 5)

which brings up a question i have

what is your thoughts on creatine?

take it or not for bulking?

    Thanks!!! and awsome lifts dude!!!

  • @sieversenator creatine has been proven to work and should be used whether you are bulking or cutting.

  • @hannel19 thanks for the info, and this being the second time i've wathched the vid...still awesome!...lol

  • dude if u don't know dat than u must be on of thouse strong fst kids sieversentor

  • @bobxoo btw...i'm not fat...6'5" 215 pounds...just not 100% sure of what i can actually deadlift and squat because they are not the friendliest things to my back, but i try ;o

  • Awesome!
