  • Very, very nice Mr. D'Orrico. Your tone, phrasing, and rhythm were spot on for a very difficult piece. Doing a Dawg cover justice is no small task, but you have the chops!

  • Nice work. I'd enjoy hearing you play it about 20 metronome clicks slower... Fast tempos are fun, but it's easy for the music to turn into a race, where you're so busy thinking about the notes coming up that you don't have time to appreciate the notes you're actually playing.

    That's a good-sounding mandolin... Those KM-1000s are very nice instruments.
