I actually did try it and the site they created for me stated the whole thing was a joke. Luckily I ignored their instructions and sent the package 2nd day air, this gave me the option of intercepting the package. If you send it express you're screwed. Cash gifting is a way to lose money, not make it.

EVERYONE should wonder about cash gifting. You CANT just advertise anywhere. ALOT of places (ezines, online classifieds, free ads, etc.) have guidelines as to what they allow you to advertise. In MANY I've seen where companies say you cannot advertise, "HATE, PORN, CASH GIFTING, ETC.". In favor of what you are saying, it makes you wonder how legal (or illegal) it is if they prohibit and label cash gifting under porn or hate in their guidelines.

you are right about having to claim a cash gift over $12,000 actually. I'm not trying to be negative at all I'm just stating what I read in the irs site. Thing is, this is per person, not total. So if person A sends their gift and it's well under $12,000 in a calendar year, there is no need to claim that on your taxes. Person B does the same exact thing, same deal, read the law and you will understand this better. You do make good points about other alternatives, they just take longer to do.

In a years time 1 person is allowed to give you 12k and the sender is normally the one paying the tax, EARNED INCOME. Now, if you read through all this you would understand that. I see your point, but that's the idea of "gifting": To give without asking. It's not a trade like buying a product in return. Therefore it's not a "business". Oh, I would send you the money, but outside the system I have no tracking and no proof. This is why people join, then you are transparent.
I am not a gifter but I do know that its a scam in the do not pay your taxes...because that money is ordinary income and is therefore taxable....The other side is....you have to market as you do with any business. and contrary to your statement....there are tons of get rich quick schemes.....but cash gifting does not appear to be one of them...that is if you pay your taxes on the money earned.....If it was truely an illegal activity.....why isn't the authorities on YouTube stating the facts.

Most of these programs are designed to take money from fools and there are plenty of them. That is why cash gifting works. There are more fools than smart people. I actually did try it and the site they created for me stated the whole thing was a joke. Luckily I ignored their instructions and sent the package 2nd day air, this gave me the option of intercepting the package. If you send it express you're screwed. Cash gifting is a way to lose money, not make it.

People who want to receive $5,000 have to first gift $5000 to one person. Then they are qualified to receive $5000. If a person gives $500 then any gifts higher than $500 flow up to the next $5000 qualified person.

In my years of experience in marketing and security, pyramid by definition is illegal scheme that allow people get paid through recruiting.
Pyramid and MLM isn't the same.
Legality is the key. Cash gifting is a bypass of pyramid and it even more risky than pyramid.
Cash gifting not that I am saying that all are liars but it is similar to Western Union far as sending money. This is an unsecured transaction system.

In favor of what you are saying, it makes you wonder how legal (or illegal) it is if they prohibit and label cash gifting under porn or hate in their guidelines.

I applaud you on your videos. However, I don't see how it's illegal. Im in Spirit of wealth. I don't market it because of the "if" of whether it is legal or not. I have googled "is cash gifting illegal" and can't come up with anything of the "illegal" part of it. I want to market the gifting, but like I said, because of the "if" in it, I have not done so. Im about to run out of space for my comment, so Im going to comment you something else :)

I do have a clue because I have been doing so. and Cash gifting is not a business. All it is, is the exchange of money from person to person. You are not producing any goods or services to anyone. therefore, it is not a business.

Ms. B: I do agree with u completely that ONE has to be "VERY" careful what they get involved with online. I've lost over 8 grand in the past 2 years, on scams and faulty programs. Is THIS MCS a scam? There is NO evidence that says so yet. I'm researching it also. Cash Gifting is VERY LEGAL though. As I mentioned in another posting, I found a FREE program, which is AWESOME - The Spider Web Marketing System. Do check it out. BEST program I've found online so far. I like FREE!

you are right about having to claim a cash gift over $12,000 actually. I'm not trying to be negative at all I'm just stating what I read in the irs site. Thing is, this is per person, not total. So if person A sends their gift and it's well under $12,000 in a calendar year, there is no need to claim that on your taxes. Person B does the same exact thing, same deal, read the law and you will understand this better. You do make good points about other alternatives, they just take longer to do.

Yes, you can give a cash gift but calling it that just hides the fact it's a type of pyrimid scheme. You have to claim a cash gift over $11,000 ot else it's tax evasion and they can come after you. It would only be a matter of time before you get caught.

Do you do research before making videos? I've researched cash gifting for well over 5 months and went through the IRS website numerous times. In a years time 1 person is allowed to give you 12k and the sender is normally the one paying the tax, EARNED INCOME. Now, if you read through all this you would understand that. Publication 950 is the name. I guess if you don't trust what the IRS site has to say you might want to stay away from any oppurtunity and be a poor schmuck your entire life.

Sorry, - you do not "put something INTO it" - the 500$ or what ever amount you like you send directly to a PERSON who joined like you, and not to the system. You can send 10000 to that person if you like - means not to the system. So a real person gets that money. Whats wrong about that?

I see your point, but that's the idea of "gifting": To give without asking. It's not a trade like buying a product in return. Therefore it's not a "business". Oh, I would send you the money, but outside the system I have no tracking and no proof. This is why people join, then you are transparent.
