First of all you ought to read history books involving faith. With the discovery of the dead sea scrolls the Bible/Torah was proven to be accurate all the way back to 370ish BC. Secondly Archaeological digs have unearthed places like Bethsdea which was a healing pool thought to be mere fiction until discovered. People that are named in the Bible/Torah have been recorded outside of the bible and proven to have actually lived the lives mentioned in the Bible/Torah. That is just the beginning.
