I've been living in Japan for a while now and I've noticed these fringe crazies fairly often. My question is: what are the laws relating to public disturbance in Japan? It's really loud and irritating to almost everyone regardless of the hate speech involved so why don't the police do anything? Is there a political right involved? it's hard for me to make judgement when there are two sides of people strong in their belief. also, there are approximately 700,000 koreans(including zainichi) living in japan right now and japanese population is about 127,433,494. so that means the korean population in japan can be rounded to 0.005%.
