I forgot about how we destroyed the earth and stuff? bummer. remember how it snowed today and i live in southern AZ? and it's april. were supposed to be hovering around 100 degrees right now. Global warming right?
Love the pale blue dot reference. This video blows the other entries out of the water in terms of both time spent and the overall final quality. We really need to do everything we can right now to help fix the future. Great work!
I like the way you brought the local community to light and discussed the solution CGCC has put in place. You discuss it in a fashion where this can be a model for other communities. A video like this can be used for city and state planners to investigate new ways to make positive environmental impacts. Good job.
Nice work Zach et al. I feel re-motivated to install those reduced flow shower heads in my home that I've been thinking about... much to the chagrin of my teenage daughter I'm sure ;)
Awesome video! While most of the "green" implementations here @ CGCC are politically motivated, its nice when they actually save resources (like water)! This IS a desert, after all!! :P
Amazing job guys! The editing, storyboard, and narrating are great! Very impressive. Very impressive indeed. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this. I am very proud of the whole thing.
This video is amazing! It not only shows what CGCC is doing to go green, but it encourages everyone else to do their part--big or small. This video was a very effective and impactful way of sending a very important message! Great scripting, editing, and production also.
Very impressive production. I'm still one of the doubters who feel that global warming is nothing but a figment of the imagination of many scientists who feed at the public trough. (For the record, I'm an avid recycler)
The images, the video, the music, the narration, the special effects, and the editing was very well done. Congratulations! you should fell very proud of yourselves. What an amazing job you guys did!
Very cool video. Thanks for sharing with everyone all the efforts that Chandler-Gilbert Community College goes through in order to maintain a green campus!
Absolutely fantastic! Congratulations to all involved. The storyline and pacing work really well and deliver a timely and meaningful message. I came away thinking that it's not only the big things that will help our planet, but the little things as well. Thanks for your efforts!
Wow great video. great footage and good editing. this video makes me proud to say that i go to chandler gilbert community college. i think we can change the future of earth if we start now to recover and reuse our natural resources. good job!
I love the custom soundtrack and the way it syncs with the video! So many details--the lighting, the film speed, the narrator's voice, transitions, and the overall flow. The ending was a great surprise--the way everything reverses! Can't wait to see it in 3D! Oh, and how about that trailer! Powerful!
Great video. CGCC was great. Now that I'm at ASU, I see many wasteful practices. I took CGCC's conservation efforts for granted. It is nice to know that they are on the forefront of implemented conservation technologies.
Wonderful video! During the construction of Ironwood Hall, I was taught and witnessed the renewable efforts and sustainable energy commitment from CGCC. As a result of the construction, buildings, landscape, events, and campus life, I changed my degree to Environmental Engineering. I am now in St. Louis at Washington University continuing my degree thanks to CGCC's impact on my life. I am forever grateful!
I'm proud to be a CGCC alumni. They are continuing to be community leaders in the environmentally friendly tech movement. One of my friends, Elie Chmouni, was involved with this video. Thought some of you might want to take a look.
Wonderful video!! Watching the construction of Iron Wood Hall was a testament to CGCC's commitment to renewable energy and sustainable living. As a student, I was taught about what the construction workers were doing and able to witness first hand the amazing thoughtfulness of sustainable construction. The entire campus was "green" focused. Now I am in St. Louis at Washington University continuing to learn more about sustainable energy thanks to CGCC and their faculty. I am forever grateful
love it!!

This thing give me goosebumps when I watch it. It's powerful! I didn't realize some of the other halls other than Ironwood had solar panels!
