  • I love this because, this is a common sense approach to weight loss. I'm a HUGE fan of Pepsi, expecially the fountain type drinks (it's so delicious!) so to take two weeks and simply exchange the soda for the H2O is very helpful. I quit smoking on October 1st and my 30th birthday I'll be smoke free for 3 months (the longest period for me in 10 years) Along with your videos of makeup you've been a real help to me in this period of my life. Thank you, they are a real moral booster! Excited for 30!

  • @Lilliaannn it depends. some people are faster. others are a bit slower. the best thing you can do is follow what marlena says. also when u excersize try to change it up. like two days walking then two days biking and etc...if u just do one thing the body get used to it. the body gets tricked into thinking its working hard and it burns more . also dont think..i gotta lose 30 lbs in one month. just do it slowly. it may be tough but its worth it. just dont put a time limit

  • Hi there :)) THANK YOU FOR SHARING to start with .. Great tips and Im going to use them for sure , i'll let you know how it goes.

    On the other hand i would like to share with you that i im 79kg's NOW and i have lost 3 in the past 12 days .. and all i have done is : Start my day with 2 big glasses of water with a squeeze of lemon . have an egg with a cuppa coffee and a whole grain toast. 2h later i will have a 0 fat yogurt and another one again 2 hours later ( Basically one hour before lunch)

  • Great video...The things you suggest are the Exact same things my doctor has told me to do...It DOES work if you stick with it...I slip up a lot and eat junk when I am out and about...It is EVIL and EVERYWHERE...You really have to fight the urge to down those burgers and fries and big gulps....

  • I'm 15 and in Feb of this year I got on a scale and it said 162 and I'm not short so I didn't look bad but I had a bit of a gut and I didn't like that so since then I've been running every afternoon, only drinking water, eatting healthy and sweets to me even tastes disgusting now. BUT I only lost 5 pounds. Anyone know why?

  • @BIV411829442 it could be because you're gaining muscle mass, it weighs more than fat, and you may not get the results on the scale right away, but stick with it cause it'll be giving you great benefits :) stick with it and good luck :)

  • I'm 22, I used to be about 145lbs, over the past while I've been trying really hard and I'm down to 117lbs but my target is 109lbs. For some reason now that I've got this far I am having a major problem with snacking/binge-eating really late at night, mostly carbs. This is so bad! I'm glad I saw your video because I'm going to go buy a ton of snap peas and keep them in my fridge. I am jeopardising all my own progress with this problem and I'm both horribly guilty and annoyed with myself.
