For a game which generates a song course from personal music, look no more than AUDIOSURF for the PC. It is 10$ - which is a fraction of a price of any game in a store. If your really cheap, download it.

You have to use the Sony Downloader from their website and your PSP has to be plugged in when you download. I'm not sure if homebrew PSPs will run it or not. Mine's not.
