I just wish we could all sing the songs of yesterday again , the sounds of freedom , the 70's,80's and 90's music were filled with positive and uplifting lyrics,

This is so true. Sometimes for me, the hard part is not letting other people's bad moods affect me. This reminds me that if I do it therefore becomes a vicious chain. I am responsible for the energy I put out. I therefore need to act responsibly.

I think the best to do in that situation is to feel sorry for them , compassion is a higher frequenty that wil boost them right back up :-)) or try something else to cheer them up . 'cause yes , we are like a sponge , we soak it all up, luckaly it's the same for happy feelings too.
