could you ride this board in powder and the rest of the mountain and can it hold an edge or is it only good for park

@brettjetproductions It definitely shines in the park thats for sure but it is great all around still, a little chattery if it's Icy but on good snow conditions it's holds a good edge. I'd say for someone who likes to play around the mountain doing jibs and popping air off every thing you see then you'll like this board. It's just a very fun board to ride.

are the park boards actually easier for rails and jumps??? i would think id break it on a jump because i land on the back of my board and i have the burton hero which is stiffer and i think the park would flex to much

@bonsai13100 - It has a lot of pop to it which most park boards have versus a stiffer board so taking off feels like second nature. And as far as rails go the parkstar and most newer park boards have a reverse camber to it so you have less chances to catch edges and hang up, It also makes it feel real buttery and easy to move around.

@bartgraaf - The bindings are K2 formula, I absolutely love them. But I am also comparing them to my old flow bindings which were absolutley terrible. The K2s a so responsive and pair up great with the parkstar plus they looking nasty all 80's throwback and all.

there is no way the signal park rocker has a flex rating of 5. it has a rating of like 1.5 or 2. it is one of the softest decks you can get

@VWRabbit2008 - I was going the wrong way on the scale on that one, Yeah the park rocker is way more flexible along with the park pickle and skate banana. The parkstar has a nice flex to it obvioulsy a little stiffer than those boards mentioned making it a little better all around. Thats just my opinion though.

Awesome man this is the sickest setup I've had so far of all my years riding. I stayed away from K2 for the longest time and now I can't figure out why I never tried there boards out before. It's so much fun to ride, I can't wait for winter.

It's a 155cm and I weigh around 220, I like a shorter board even though I probably shold be riding something much bigger.
