If you raise their taxes, then they will relocate to another country and you won't get the trickle down effect from their spending. Also, just because they get a big bonus doesn't mean they're pissing it all away. They invest money for a living. Likely the majority of it will get reinvested. They make a living from investing in the most efficient places they can. What do you propose, that the government take all the profits and redistribute it amongst the people?
