you should try auto atk before W so you get 3 hits in instead of the 2 hits from the skill, since that skill resets the auto atk timer

@chrisa693 Q scales 1:1 and heals for damage dealt so Doran's Rings gives him good lane presence because he can spam q in lane. The problem is that ww doesn't last hit well so if you aren't ganking top every time his ult is up its very hard to justify giving him a solo lane.
