I have read more than that my fellow but you are not worth anymore a conversation. I have said all I can or am willing waste my time on. Pet your cat and tell it I said hey.
If anyone wants a Christianity for dummies course just open your Bible and read two books for the Summary: Matthew and Romans. I love you all and godspeed
@danieljliversLXXXIX Well, I divert your attempt at disrespect. I didn't cram a verse down your throat, I didn't tell you that you were on the road to hell, all i said was that you have your opinion (decision if you didn't catch it). Why are godless people so cold? O do you believe in no thing. Is this just all nothing to you?
@bengaylor873 And I pointed out that Jesus was an unproven myth and that reality is what it is and not what we beg to differ. I wont speak for anyone but myself and the reason I'm often cold towards believers is because I don't find willfull ignorance or speacial pleading amusing but childish -- and even dangerous.
Also you didn't start out by stating your opinion. You made an absolute claim.
@danieljliversLXXXIX And my ablsolute claim is still my opinion though there is free will given by my God and anyone can make a decision. Mine is mine and yours is yours but at the end of the day there is truth, and the truth is Jesus Christ. And I am not a stupid uncounted judgemental follower of Christ. I set out to prove the religion wrong because of my hate for the church but something changed me just like it changed Paul in Acts. So don't insult me on stereotypical claims
@bengaylor873 You really do have a persecution complex. Jesus was God in flesh? Not only does this harkin back to Egypt (Horus was Osiris' Eartly incartantion who would bring retibution and restore order to Egypt) but such a concept would be alien to Judaism.
@danieljliversLXXXIX I am used to being persecuted. Before I became a follower I read the book and it told me I would, so nothing new for 2000 years. And the Horus and all the mystery school bologna, you can have the occult. This world means nothing to me except for the people who are suffering in it.
@bengaylor873 Because the Bible has a built-in self defense system where any form of critism is touted as persecution. You critens -- Christians, I mean, as I get the words up -- act as if you're some fringe underground cult who's persecuted by the powers that be when, in reality, you mak up the majority in the world and are also defnded by the powers tha be who are themselves Christians. The suffering in the world is caused by Christianity: the religion of pity, suffering, and death!
@danieljliversLXXXIX It is a faith not religion, of love peace and life. And the reason we are the majority is because the world has perverted the mass of Christians. You don't even know me as a person so how do you judge me? I never judged you for your belief nothing. I said you made your choice. So why are being hateful to me when christians are supposedly to your standards, why the world has went to hell. I am not the one condemning you.
I don't see Xianity as a religion of Peace and Love, we need only look at characters like Vlad of Tepes to see that. I see it as a much needed means of resistance to a degenerate postmodern world.
Nietzsche's views on Xianity were wrong in the sense that he didn't take into account the exhortation of power the Church had. What about the Crusades? The mass persecutions? The ascetic ideal within the faith was abandoned outside the monasteries.
@dudekin I can see your point of view, but the power the church has IS WRONG. The crusades WERE WRONG. The Christianity of people today is not the one that Jesus taught and Paul molded. We aren't perfect but forgiven and that is what makes us different from EVERY other religion. Faith without works is dead and there will be alot of "Christians" who wake up in hell.
The real faith lies in small groups of people who meet around the world in the name of Christ. Not hypocrites in fancy buildings
@bengaylor873 I agree with you, although my view of the Crusades isn't as negative. I think it's fair to acknowledge that it was the result of Islamic precursory violence, moreover, it is likely that if it wasn't for the actions of figures such as Vlad Tepes, we'd all be under an Islamic theocracy. Eeesh!
I've found that, since making these videos and doing further research; I've started becoming more sympathetic with Xianity; I think this is largely due to Europe's sociological decline.
@dudekin I can see that point of view and it is an intelligent observation. Agreed pretty much with the first paragraph though I am not so up to date on Vled Tepes but I have read about him. The moral to the story is Jesus Christ was a real man. You can ask anyone in the modern day middle east and they will say it though the stories are different. And as perverted as modern day CHRISTianity is, Jesus is still coming in the end and he will seperate the wheat from the tares.
@bengaylor873 "It is a faith not religion..." Viva la difference! Being hateful to you? Not you. As you said I don't know you. It's your "beliefs" I loath and dispise. Love, peace, and life? Christian love is suspicion; Christian peace is the stifling of the passions; Christian life is the denial of life and the world. That is what I loath and dispise. Christianity was a pervesion from the start.
@danieljliversLXXXIX Listen...Christ is real, what he taught was real. He had to speak in parables because half the time His disciples and the people were to ignorant to comprehend His knowledge and understanding. Christ and the early church has been corrupted, it was never meant to be the way it is today and we can thank constantine for screwing it up for everyone who thinks they are doing the right thing by "going to church on Sunday" blah blah. Most "christians arent christians.
@bengaylor873 The Christ was never real. It was a carry-over from the Pagan concept of the Logos and gnosis. The Christ only existed in the realms of myth and Pagan philosophy. Even so, what makes this Christ more wise then, say, Plato? or Heraclitus? or Diogenes? or even Pythagoras? (whose philosophies would later be corrupted by Christians). If you're speaking in parables then don't be surprised if people can't understand you.
@danieljliversLXXXIX And..was it easier to say" we are all one consciousness with God and we are experiencing life subjectively through our own imagination of emotions, which the two in which all stem are fear and love, and that to love one another is to love yourself because we are all apart of God and "His children"? Or was it easier to just say love one another? He went on to say perfect love cast out all fear and that God was perfect love.
@danieljliversLXXXIX Therefore, to be of hate and of fear is not be of the oneness of God which in turn is eternal darkeness/hell/torment because God is all that is good. And we have the choice to change these things in ourselves and the world by choosing the perfect love which is in Him or by fear which is in the world. Most people who read this won't understand it and the same for His disciples. So no, not the typical orthodox "Christian" over here man. Just trying to live the life
@bengaylor873 So many presumptions. Why should god be all that is good? I've always loved Greek and Nordic mythology. Because those gods had something in them that Christianity doesn't: passion. Good and Evil was blured because of it. Because they knew that humans weren't capable of "perfect love." (Is there a perfect hate as well?) Their gods reflected human nature. I suggest (if I haven't already) reading Friedrich Nietzsche's The Birth of Tragedy.
@danieljliversLXXXIX And Constantine perverted it in the 300's. He used it to gain power in the Roman Empire (as he went from west Emperor to Caesar of the whole empire) because he could not kill the early church because of how powerful it was, so he converted so to speak. And it was not known before that as it is today. We have 1700 years of messed up history because of Constantine and the council of Nicea, who used it for power, tax loops, politics and merged it with pagan ceremonies.
@bengaylor873 Powerful? Early church? You are awear that even before Constantine there were many different sects of "Christians" all competing for domination? Not one single mass. All Constantine did was to try to bring together everyone so as to create a universal (emperial) religion, in the form of Catholicism, to make people more passive. Christianity didn't need Constantine to corrupt it. It was a corruption from the beggining. Man's nausea and disgust for life is Christianity.
@danieljliversLXXXIX Believe what you want, I am very familiar with Nietzsche and I have read "The Secret Teachings of All Ages" by Manly P. Hall so I am also afluent in occult knowledge and philosophy. I don't care for sophists and there is no room for a respectable argument with you. We have made our points and our choices and have our opinions which we both hold to be true. For your sake I hope you are right.
@danieljliversLXXXIX I have read more than that my fellow but you are not worth anymore a conversation. I have said all I can or am willing waste my time on. Pet your cat and tell it I said hey.
@bengaylor873 How about I tell you to get fucked? I'm not your fellow, brother, or friend. It isn't my fault that you can't back up your claims of anything and instead resort to "I'm not going to waist any more time on you." I've shown to be an incredulous imbecile. I am the one who is done.
These are great informative videos man, keep up the good work. NEVER let some brainwashed, uneducated, mind controlled religious NUT JOBS get you down. The only thing Christians have right is that Darwinian evolution is a scientific fraud, other than that, most Christians are just simple minded goons, believing what they are told, LONG before they will ever be man or woman enough to learn on their own like an individual, and not like some group thinking cult member with a lack of education.
9:37 "The Egyptian Tau,.... a cross is found on the wall of a house in Pompeii...." In Herculaneus, there is a similar cross imprint in the second story of a house, right above a piece of furniture called a "pre-dieu." Christians think it's proof of Christianity, but it ain't necessarily so since there were many religions that worshipped crosses then.
I was wondering whether to just release it as a pdf file, as opposed to a video. Its quite difficult portraying this information in a video form once delving deeper.
I guess with a video, one has to go at the video-maker's speed but with text, one can take in the information at one's own pace. I found your transcript gave me a greater level of appreciation.
I think it depends on the subject matter which media one should choose.
However, once one has the script written and images, it is not too great an effort to make a video as well.
