@rwe2156 Look Junior, High compression plus a turbo = FAIL. there is a lot of compression in the cylinder & plus the pressurized air coming from the turbo which could easily cause a blown head gasket. For Turbo cars LOW COMPRESSION pistons are used because they leave more room for the psi from the turbo. The Starter is starting to fail or the flywheel needs to be replaced. I saw a hatchback.. doing the same on the streets because he stalled & his car & his car was definitely STOCK.

If it's only when it's first started, maybe the iacv is acting up. If it's when it's cold and warm, maybe a vaccuum leak. I'd spray some wd40 or similar on the hoses, and you can usually see a leak spraying out.

No K20...and I built it a few years ago so I don't remember the cost. The Turbo is a T4 70 / 58 for quick spool with a 4in cold / 3in hot.

Yep! Best so far is 10.7@132mph. I haven't ran it for a while, since they changed the rules at the track. I was trying to up the boost and with a few tweaks, try to break 9s ; ) Easier said than done though.

This video was on 225/50/15 bfg drag radials. They like to spin at full throttle LOL. The car has 464hp in a light body FWD chassis, so that is why it spins, not really how we tuned the turbo.

Most people run larger tortion bars...27mm-31mm for race apps, I am still on stock bars! I have tokico illumina adjustable struts on all 4 corners..nothing else you can really do that will be of much help besides misc braces
