Jeśli chodzi o Parkour to nikt nie jest za słaby, za mlody, za stary (no ale bez przesady xd) itp. bo nawet bez wczesniejszego przygotowania silowego, kroczek po kroczku w czasie samego skakania rozwiniesz sie fizycznie i psychicznie :)

Ale oczywiscie lepiej wczesniej potrenowac troche silowo sobie ;]
