  • Is the force at the right side of the field executing a "Center Peel" (I think it's called) or some kind of Break Contact maneuver?

  • awesome, i'm going to ADFA open day 2010, anoying that its in canbera though, nothing else is in canberra besides the war memorial.

When im older ima become an aussie soldier, already friends with some guys in the ADF, one of which is currently serving in milaysia with the army. I'm a LCPL at aussie army cadets and am soon gonna send my applicant to enlist in the ADF.

  • @thecow777 cool story bro, but nah really good for you :)

  • no you don't

  • can i just say this is a parade ground and NOT a football field....

  • hahahaha loving the sharp bullet comment. personnaly I think the secco of this section attack did a good job, he looks like a bit of a war hero

  • Cool stuff. Are you going to do anymore Empire Total War Vids???

  • Simple fire and maneuver, do the Aussies use somewhat the same tactics as the Brits? It seems like it's basically the same drill for break contact that Brits used when I saw them training.

  • Haha sharp bullets lol. Pure youtube comment gold. But seriously those guys would all be dead in a real combat situation.

Lol at the camera guy in the red jacket after 5:00 talk about a pisstaker

  • Did you take a minute to realise that this was a display for a very large audience, held in the middle of a football oval, In a real life situation there would of been plenty of cover to not get killed in...

  • eerm it's a notional section attack, for an audience n there is zero cover, but in a real life scenario you'd hav cover, they conduct withdrawl drill called tunnel of luv at the start afta throwin smoke 4 sum cover, but dunno y they didn't do basic drill at the start, they should hav set it up betta so it was more realistic, check out at 5:16min that smoke nearly burnt the bloke in the bunker lol but the camera man shld hav kept filmin 2see em take down t surrenderin enemy, im 6RAR this is my job

  • What tactics then should these soldiers have used? Please, enlighten me.

  • this vid I don't get at all but it was amusing to read some of the psts

  • they are called blank rounds u nitwits an empty casing with no bullet and just gunpowder

  • haha I wondered how long it would take for someone to say they were blanks :)

  • is this air soft

  • I doubt it, the bullets could hit the audience.

They are using real stuff, but not shooting with sharp bullets :)

  • Not shooting with Sharp Bullets? LOL.

It's called a blank. Look it up.

  • if they were using airsoft it would have to be top dollar guns to make them not curve and accidently hit one of the audience

  • Where was this?

  • at the ADFA, Canberra, Australia
