  • hi Emmy.. I'm from Denmark and if you want me to, i would love to make a video where i tell you how the names is pronounced :) well, i think i'll do it no matter what xD i love you videos :D

  • Cant say those are just from Denmark, mostly from the whole Nordic countries. And salmiakki doesnt contain liquorice at all, its ammonium chloride. Fazer is purely Finnish brand.

  • I've never laughed so hard watching one of your videos!!

  • Im a quarter danish and ive had the danish christmas cookies and they r delicious

  • juju bee's piss me off.. you can't eat one, so your mouth is shut together and looks like a unicorn spit up in it..

  • Turkish pepper only works if you melt them in Vodka for a few days and shot it...

  • The "ø" is pronounced a lot like the sound after g in girl. So nooow you know that. I'm thinking of sending you a package from Norway (without all the licorice, I'm not a fan either..) and with some traditional Norwegian foods, instead of just candy and stuff? It sounds fun to see what you think about our foods and sweets. If I'm sending, should I send it to the address on your channel? Thumbs up if you want me to send that to her! (Thinking of sending some brown cheese (brunost), too!) - Synne

  • I Emmy! I'm Cinzia from Italy. When also have a good production of liquorice in Italy expecially in the south (we produce a liquorice-based drink) and I really love it. I lived in Denmark for almost a year and I remeber how much I was impressed of the salty liquorice but at the end I liked it and now I really miss it! ;-)

  • It was really sweet of her to mail all that candy, but what was she thinking, adding so much liquorice? xD

  • Sorry. Second sentence- But I'm just telling that's not only Singaporeans who eat durians

  • @DawnMarsh I'm just telling, not trying to pick a fight. But iota not just Singapore that eats durians..

  • @iLoveTheCimorellis i was just saying, not picking a fight with you but most of the time only Singaporeans could eat durians because most of them can't stand the smell.

  • i love ur laugh

  • This is really cool!

  • I'm from Denmark and all that candy is EXPENSIVE!

  • I should send some Swedish candy for you, not licorice (although it is my favorite, we are a bit weird here in the north). But Ahlgrens bilar, polkagrisar, gelehallon, dumle, and the usual "lösgodis" maybe.

  • @delbose heh are u filipino?

  • ur excited in tht candy then u didnt like it ,, lol

  • "Salty licorice" is a slightly misleading term, since most people don't think of anything but table salt (sodium chloride) when they hear "salt". Ammonium chloride is a salt but isn't the same. '

Regardless, I enjoyed your video. I gotta find that particular Anthon Berg salmiak chocolate variant, thanks for letting me know it exists.

  • @Ultralism Hi, if you ever come to Copenhagen (can see you are Swedish) you can buy all the candies in Fotex or most supermarked in Denmark.

Hejsan, Du kan købe det i Føtex her i Danmark :-)

    mvh Kiki alias Agneshenriette

  • Fazer is a major chocolate manufacturer in Finland. It's pronounced like "fat-sir". You may be in trouble now. Everyone here in Finland must be sending you loads of salmiakki right now :)

  • Aah, so many licorice goodies and so brave of you to try them when you do not really like licorice! Kudos :) I found the Turkish Pepper licorice in Sweden (and Denmark) and am still sad I cannot get it in the Netherlands... We're a country of licorice heads too (and I really like salmiak, but yes, it's a taste that has to grow on you) ;) This vid made me salivate and now I must go out and get me some licorice.

  • Emmy you are such a classy woman. You try something you know you detest just to be nice. Also, this was the funniest one of you'd bids I've ever seen. You make the best faces!

  • LOL

  • i love it! opps

  • dont worry about your nails mine are worse

  • @shineegirl8 it's actually a plant. They somehow get that flavor from the plant and add some kind of gummy I guess.

  • Iam from Norway:D

I want you to taste our candy to! ;)

  • Our gumdrops do suck. Like dots are nasty.. lol.

  • I love how i always feel you are talking right to me and I talk back to the computer screen.

  • Denmark makes THE BEST licorice I've ever tasted, never liked it before (and countries near there too), so different from American candy. I go out of my way to find it!

  • Srry to say this I don't want to be mean but you eat way too much candy

  • @therandomgirls180 - If you watch the videos, she's addressed this and other personal remarks, her diet is very healthy and she indulges pretty much only for these videos (where she also takes really small bites). I don't know how serious you were, but yeah.

  • Awww, I feel really bad that I can't send you the Polish candies I promised you right now - unfortunately the shipping costs would ruin me :< But my friend is going to Japan in a few months, so she could send the package from there - if you'll still be doing the "Emmy eats" series :3

  • You pronounce the "ø" like the U in bUrn :)

  • I would love to send sweets from my coutry too!!!

I live in Colorado in the states and we have a lot of Hispanic shops and candies at easy access. I'd love to send you some of those and old fashioned candies from a place I mentioned on one of your videos quite a while back called the cracker barrel. I'll personal message you if you would like, and I can check customs and what not to see what I can send. Or if you miss a cer

Sounds like something I'd say if I were in your place XD

  • Is there any american candy you would want me to send you?

  • @RoseHathaway10 This is just a minor suggestion along with anything else she may tag along to your list, but I think you should definitely send her those gummy burgers, pizzas, hotdogs, etc. Those are cute and not all too bad and I haven't seen her sample those in her videos that I've watched thus far (including the American Candy one she had, I think it was American).
