hey dude what program did u create that animation with and if it is flash 8 then how did u make the blood stay still

It's actually Adobe Flash CS3, but don't waste your time with it. Flash 8 is way better. To get the blood to stay still just make a layer for blood and don't animate it. It's best to do the blood after all the animation is done. But i didn't do it that way.

but flash 8 isn't sold anymore but you could probably buy it used for about 200-300 dollars. but i use flash cs3 which is like 500 dollars.
