I hate how everyone thinks that the thing dangling in the back of your throat is called a tonsil. It's not, it's your uvula. Your have 3 other sets of tonsils though, one toward your nose (pharyngeal), some at the sides of the back of your mouth (lingual), and some at the base of the tongue (submandibular)

i got mono a month ago, and i was taken to the hospital, i stayed there for ten days, and the worst part is that i had finished classes but it was my single year and i lost my graduation =(

i had mono about six months ago and is still alittle sick from it and when i went to the docs. they stuck a needle down in my tonsils to drian some of the fluid build up in my tonsils and of course it didnt help so i was in pain from that and spitting up blood. :(
