  • @ohnnyquest456 Yeah. for 2003.

  • Sega really needs to bring this game back for xbox online arcade. This was just a great game back in the game, it felt like an arcade game that was also online.

  • I like the idea that you can destroy the environment as well.

  • fuck u all when ever i see dreamcast game i never seen i regret that i never had dreamcast

  • @sonicromer what in the name of the fuck he said ?

  • @ZeroZX4 hahahahah sorry i dont speak too much english but i few words.. dreamcast rulessssssss !!! long live forever !

  • @sonicromer i never play it i will always regret it now just emulator but its not the same

  • @ZeroZX4 yeah its not the same play in emulator than play in the real console.. im playing right now with my megadrive and its so cool !! and play in the pc dont have sense ! xD

  • I miss this game. I loved playing the aliens with their speeders. You see, humans couldn't fuck with the speed of the aliens. They were just too damn fast. Running circles around them. Sure, humans were more powerful, but like they say, you can't beat what you can't catch. This would be a perfect fit for XBLA.

  • whats the game called

  • that game looks funny

  • can you still play online?

  • @geovvani1 Pretty much doubt it, some games u can, such as phantasy star online, but u need the SCHTHACK version. They also got servers up for the pc one. If u look around on google ull see what games are still available online but might need some customising to get connected as sega's online servers went offline years ago.

  • @Spike321Bebop Nope.

  • I really miss this game... it completely disappeared less than a year after release. No remakes, no arcade machines, no nothing. What happened, Sega?

  • @FenixStryk actually there is a arcade machine i found one today at my local arcade i spent so much money on that game today XD

  • @flamedrax awsome send me a pic of it

  • Has anyone played this online?it's the funnest shit ever:)

  • I miss playing this game online

  • Ugh, I hate the extremely stupid CPUs during arcade mode.

  • haha I loved t his game was out, the voice chat was also the best thing, cause I just loved hearing my voice and pissing people off. Not to mention this game help me to develope the courage to shave my mustahce for the first time. I don't know why, but I felt naked without it, and ackward. Though this game was always the game to take my mind off a lot of things.

  • Wait, you were able to use a mic for the Dreamcast?

  • Ya, the mic originally came with the game SEAMAN for the Dreamcast, but I know this is one of the few games that supported voice chat while online. The voice messages were only 5-10 seconds long and then you were cut out.

  • Ha,that's fucking sick,im guessing you got creative and just decided to try the seaman mic out:)if only i was in japan, people still probably play that online,i think the last game they made for the Dreamcast there was in 2008.

  • @GhostAnimals93 Actually Alien Front Online was packaged with a mic, I had it back in the day and played it online, it was super fun :)

  • Oh,that's awesome,i bought it used,i played it online,im pretty sure the servers would still be up,people would be playing it all that time if it was more popular back then.

  • You know i've never played on the Sega Dreamcast, but looking at this game makes me want to buy it, but there are 2 problems

1.Isnt the Dreamcast obsolete or something?

2.I dont know where I can get a dreamcast anymore

just by looking at this game, i think wait a minute, this is probably one of the BEST reasons to get the emulator and play this

  • dreamcast at ebay or slackers

if no slackers in state... you fail lol

  • damn the graphics are still badass. i remeber one of their games for the first time i was amazed

  • and im sorry to see what sega have become today at least am2 can still deliver the goods but everything else proper sega style is average at best =(

  • it was piracy that killed the dreamcast all u needed was a cdr drive or to know someone with one and bingo instant huge rare game collection , it sucks as i loved that system =(

  • its one of the reasons the dc failed. but dc used gd-r's which can hold over 1gb, so must of the games had to be down sized by removing music, dialogue, languages, intros, or the quality to fit on a cd-r which i dont get why people supported it

  • I would spend all night long talking shit into the mic. Good times man, good times.

  • can you play offline in this game??? if so i am so buying this

  • yes

  • hehehehehehehehehehehehe!!!!!!!!!!!what ever=P

  • dude the graphics in this game still look nice after all these years, i miss playing this online

  • no they shut the servers down, like most games

  • can you still play online?

  • yes

  • no i tried it

  • no they shut down servers

  • was there more levels than 3?

  • long live SEGA long live DREAMCAST it bites sega kicked it to the curb, but there might be hope in nintendo with its vertual console if they just remade the games they could rerelease as a dc vc or a brand new wiiware game dreamcast 2.0 anyone???

  • Favorite weapon: Army's Nuclear Missle! Love the fallout effect they give it.

  • Still the best vehicle combat game ever made...screw Twisted Metal with its awful "scary clown" art style, tanks and alien walking machines was such a superior concept.

  • I remember playing MechAssault and wishing I was playing Alien Front...

  • this was the best game ever when it was running. the online play was very solid and simple. the whole object is to own people. i loved the 4 legged alien tank the best.

  • I wish thered been a free mode where u could blow everthing up with no enemies

  • everibody talks about the dreamcast, like an old machine, but the name of the sega dreamcast says everything "dream" cast

  • DREAMCST ONLINE WAS SWEET!! I'M SO PISSED THAT THEY CLOSED ALL OFFICIAL SERVERS AND IT WAS SO MUCH FREAKEN GAMES ONLINE THAN TODAY! ooOOo Halo Online like that isn't getting old! It just Ticks me off why EVERYBODY DITCHED SEGA TO GET SONY PS2!!! PS2 *no offense* Blows Chunks! Dreamcast is Where it's at! and to tell you the TRUTH if sega where making a console right now it would blow away the 360 and the ps3, especially the ps3! But maybe not Wii but only because i'm a huge Nintendo fan.

  • Yea right on PS2 SUCKED DONKEY BALLS!!! Remember when that ps2 crap box came out and dumb fan boys said they were buying that instead of a DC? I still have my DC today, and since they drove Sega out of the market Ive boycotted home consoles. They are all just overhyped peices of shiite!!! SEGA FOREVER!!!

  • I AGREE all the way I still got my Dreamcast too, It's amazing compared to PS2. Sony has too many wierd fanboys buying their products... lol.

  • ps3 is raw as hell, wtf are you talking about?

  • i miss this game!! online was great with a mic!! ahh back in the days kinda.. lol

  • If this came out on XBLA, I would have to quit my job.

  • This was a geat DC title. Actually it is more next gen like then some of the current 360 games.

  • Comment removed

  • not anymore T_T

  • I LOOOOOOOOVE THIS GAME =D

  • $30 when it came out, and well worth that price for the amount of fun I had with it

  • I never liked those big clunky walkers

  • The small ones aren't too bad, but the big ones are way too slow.
