That last demonstration there wasn't up to the point. A good demonstration should have the defender follow the penetrating guard and leave the big man wide open. That's when the guard dishes the ball to the big guy. Not when the defender's still playing tight defense on the big.

For a "How To" video regarding posting up, this isn't a very good one. For one, the camera follows the woman talking and not the individual trying to actually post up, which should be the visual focus while the audio is of the woman talking. If you want to know how to get position in the lane down on the block, watch any big man in the NCAA or NBA. YouTube Hakeem Olajuwon or Kevin McHale.
