K.A.R (Kill All Rats) was created and founded in the Bronx, NY area. Three boys, Rob Cash, Pistol Pete and Plies, met together in a local PAL center one day, and became friends ever since. KAR's name originated from killing rats, mice, and other vermin in their apartments in the Bronx, and decided to dress like dirty mexicans and perform rap music on stage.
