or some hybrid of all of em?

shall you carry air tanks or use coal filters or maby both?

"what kind of hazmat material is better?" nothing is better than anything else in all reality everything is different, some haz mats will respond differently to different material, so where some corrosives may eat through rubber, they might not eat through a plastic type suit.
