  • when evr i make this the caramel never sets i weigh evrything properly adn follow the instructions.. any tips??

  • What i do is put the condensed milk (still in the can) in boiling water for 4 hours - making sure that the water is constantly over the top of the can (to avoid boiling it 'dry'). Then when you open the can, it is already caramelised.
