  • @berfin8...hi....pls type in/search for this teach (Patricie Prata) shes an actress and a dance teacher ,she teaches belly dance and samba, etc....didem is ok, sadie is better...haveva good day all...

  • BELLY DANCING MEANS *BELLY DANCING

    EMPHASIS ON THE BELLY

YA CAN'T REALLY DO IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE, HELLO...-.- well you can but its harder.

gosh you people don't know anything. and shes not fat, srsly go run a lap

  • I LOVE YOUR ACSENT!!!!

  • She don't can dance!Write "Didem" and se a really belly dancer!

  • Well taught! Thankyou.

  • the fact that i can't do something this incredibly simple is just pathetic.

  • when you see somebody see whether it is possible for the person to lose weight anywhere. for example this woman can lose weight only from her bones, curves and muscles. the ramp models are taken as examples.if only people know that they are probably osteoporotic?! women are mostly offended by other women's curves and call them heavy. if she calls you back flat?but,i cannot understand the lack of awareness and hormonal need of men!when a man calls a woman heavy; maybe she is heavy for him!!

  • the medical height for weight formula is wrong and many other such formulas are wrong too. there are soo many factors that have to be taken into account like the shoulder width and bone frame, the bone mass and muscle mass, breast curve and gluteal curve. a lady may be 180 pounds and have fuller breast good gluteal curve a strong bone frame and flat tummy another woman of the same weight may be flat elsewhere other than in the tummy! a certain frame is necessary to catch the eye.

  • Wait....you people are seriously referring to her as being FULL FIGURED? According to the CDC, the **AVERAGE** american woman over age 20 is 163.7 pounds, and is a size 12-14 in US clothing. This woman is gorgeous, and absolutely NOT what I would consider "full figured". She's obviously fit! Fit does NOT equal someone who wears a size 2 and has 9% body fat. Yikes!

  • I think it's hilarious that people call this woman 'full figured.' WHAT? No! She's at a GREAT weight for her height and build. If you've never learned anything about BMI, now's a good time to start. You're NOT supposed to be able to see someone's ribs or hip bones jutting out when they're in a bikini. And remember, this is BELLY dancing, not FLASS dancing.

  • in the beginning i was like, "oh that was easy, sure i can do that", then she showed it with the choreography and i almost gave up, lol!!!

  • im 95cm, 76cm,93cm and i think im fat, everywhere in the tv, in magazines everything even cartoons they show beautiful women with guitar curves, the media depresses you is true....and is worst when you know your boyfriend likes somebody like carmen electra or megan fox, she is beautiful i agree with all of you, and i guess it does makes you feel like everybody should have more confident in themselves

  • oh god, again! why people say she is fat? she is gorgeous!! she has an amazing body and she dances really cool!

and don't think I'm saying this because I'm fat... I'm a toothpick like you like to call the skinny girls...

as long as you're happy with your body and your soul there's no problem...

  • media has put so much judgement into peoples mind, just because she isnt 3 pounds doesnt make her fat she isnt even close to fat so everyone calm down.

  • Belly dancers aren't suppose to be twigs, actually, women who have fuller bodies tend to be better belly dancers because you can see the difference between their hips, breasts, and most other things. It's easier to see the way their bodies move.

  • @xXJanValentineXx Some of you are so stupid lol

just because you are skinny DOESNT MEAN that you dont have an ass or breast lmao

  • @Princesss46 I wasn't referring to that. I am a 34 DD with large hips. Meaning I am very skinny with curves. My point was, that women with love handles and a small bit of stomach should not be discouraged from bellydancing, it actually makes the moves look more natural.

  • @xXJanValentineXx Ok, that i can agree with ;)

  • Seriously! Work it girl! I'm tired of seeing all these toothpicks!

  • Oi. Tenta escrever os textos em inglês antes de fazeres os vídeos e saberes bem o que queres dizer pois assim fica mais dificil de compreender. Mas parabéns pelo trabalho.

  • She is so beautiful! & a great teacher

  • she is beautiful. thanks good videos.

  • the fact she is a bit fuller doesn't make her fat!!!

they always stress in bellydancing that it is for ALL SIZES!! maybe in ur weird personal opinion u think she's fat but in bellydancing she would still be perfectly acceptable. next time try and word ur comment better!

  • amen sister! I'm pretty sure most belly dancers i've seen are curvier... it looks odd if ur hip/assless :-p

  • i love that shes full figured insted of hella little yay

  • She has the perfect, full figure for belly dancing!

  • You're so cute:) thanks for the videos!

  • She is great looking...

  • I just started seeing your videos today!! I think you are great.. I love the way you guide step by step... Do you have any dvd videos for sale??

  • belly dancers are supposed to have a womans body.....which means having hips

  • can you tell me hor to move your hips while walking?? like doing a hip drod but walkind straight forward..pzz!

  • heres a tip: close your eyes & walk like normal. you should feel your hips slightly swaying left & right with each step. with the belly dance walk, just exaggerate that movement. with every step (remember to always point and lead with your toe, not your heel) push out with the lead hip. ex: step w/ your left foot & push your left hip out to the side (not up. out w/the hip). keep your upper body quiet. another tip that helps me: think of the way Jessica Rabbit walks :D. hope this helps!

  • thanx! :)

  • also recommend listening to middle eastern music to help while practicing! It has the right beat and melody

  • i think you do am awesome job! your pleasing to watch and you start of slow to give us time to learn it!!! I love your videos!!!!
