this happened to me once, all i did was got something to get it out and i got it loose and

it just slided out.

i think its because i shoved the disk in and it slid off the track. try to get it out with sonething.

hey you can do more than just video chat with the playstation eye. you can use the mic in online games. they are making games that are compatible with the playstation eye such as eyedentify and there are already games for the camera offered in the playstation store.

yea i was about to suggest what gamezngadgets said. get some tweezers and GENTLY go into the opening and pull it out......if it keeps doing it then call customer service or something of the sort or if its still under warranty send it in and all that cool stuff

I have the Xbox Live Vision cam which is a little cheaper than the PS3 camera, but I can also use it on my PC too. Not sure what type of compatibility issues the PS3 camera has.
