I researched a little: This anime is called "Yami to Bōshi to Hon no Tabibito", in english it could be "Darkness, the Hat, and the Travelers of the Books".
Its a yuri anime based on a erotic game with the same name. The anime is not erotic though, and the story of the anime is quite different to the story of the game.
