@Luigi32826 You misunderstood something there. VATSIM is a worldwide server network where you CAN fly all over the world. You use FS9 or FSX and connect to VATSIM via software.

Very nice, very nice indeed.

However, if someone really really wants to be a controller and spend their time guiding aircraft, why not just apply for the IAA Student controller programme next time they are recruiting. Surely you may as well try and do the same thing but get paid for it, and paid exceedingly well i might add.

By the way, do ye update the radar system. COOPANS system has recently been introduced, ye should try and replicate visually what is in use

I have a password and username for VatEir but it never recognises it, I tried to fid a contact no. for these guys and couldn't find one either, I even had them send the password to my e-mail where it says (forgot your password?) I've lost count how many times I tried to make contact with VatEir over this, No phone No.s no nothing.

right Im 15 i would love to join this im actually quite a god pilot on normal FSX manually ,ils all that but dont have a clue about fmcs i would love to join this but dont have a clue and what do you use for online is it online FSX or is it fs2004 or do you use a seprate program im from Dublin and would love to become a pilot at the moment this is the nearest thing to a commercial pilot i can get to so i would love to join it any help?

Its a very nice video but the voice communication in this video is pasted in from real life recording while the VATSIM in-voice communication is a poor mumbling sound. The VATSIM CSL aircraft online are not as one should expect and all look almost the same with no color on it.

Actually, if you have traffic addons, they're planes are replaced with the closest matching one. It's pretty cool. I am a pilot, but i want to join an atc team. Only for when i'm in school, when i graduate it'll be time for real flying!

you have to use the latest beta's and it will work, (at least it works on mine) the latest betas are fscopilot 1.7 beta 2 and fsinn 1.3

Very weird i have vista and it works just fine. Are you using FS INN? I have heard vista has problems with FS INN. Maybe give squawk box a try.

Im a controller there, there is always planes in Ireland on that!! on new years day I logged on and there were 5 planes up!! there are usually 30 at least flying in irish airspace, and there is nearly always controllers on, its a great setup and the atc is the same as the video, and that is what its like on a good day! its that busy a lot of the time and it is only getting busier! vateir seen an increase of nearly 17% on the traffic since last year.

Guys you have to join VATSIM / Download the software and connect to the network that way, there is no "Direct I.P.", Google "Servinfo" run that program and you will see how much traffic VATSIM has ;-)
