  • I remember playing this as a kid, was awesome!

  • Did you even know about the last mouse click on the downswing? It's click and hold until you hit the red zone, then release and click again when you get back down to the bottom line. Or perhaps it was three clicks (start, red zone, aim line), but I'm think more like the first thing I said.

  • @SchlossRitter Uh... I guess I didn't know.

  • @SchlossRitter not many p[eople knew about that at all, i remember for years trying to figure out how to get the long drive, same prob this dude has.

  • Holy shit, those VGA graphics, especially that digitized picture of the cliffs? It's like looking at an actual photograph on your computer monitor! Heh, those were the days.

  • @plinkman0 Actually, it might be Super VGA

  • Still have this game with most of the courses! Got it in a big (10cm by 5cm) box with a free tee-shirt!

  • golf*

  • I used to play this all the time on my Windows 3.1 computer. I can still remember that I had Torrey Pines and Firestone Country Club. Were there any Links series of gold games after this one?

  • There was a game that must have been in this series that was released for Win 95; it came with the computer our family got back in like 1997.

  • "looks like he .. hit the tree.. Joe"

  • You might be the worst computer golfer Ive ever seen

  • @SINETEMP I am also the worst real-life golfer.

  • You only have Torrey Pines?

My favorite course was Barton Creek.

  • Thank god you only played one hole.
