@FourFourTwoYC those numbers correspond to patterns for the feet to hit when jumping (for example, many of my workouts consist of 20psecond intervals jumping from 1-2, 1-4, etc..).
Great work i am a soccer player and have got quite big legs and my movement is slow but i have got a lot power in my legs do you know any exercises that can make my legs feel light when moving?
@SayNoMore0121 Well the plyometric exercises shown here are a good start..you should also try incline treadmill running, which is also a good way to build explosive (fast) strength in the lower body
this is by far one of the most useful plyometrics for soccer videos i've seen, thank for the upload
