my smoke detector is really old but its hooked up to the alarm system and alarm speakers its louder than the ones in schools and stull and if theres a blackout the alarm has a massive battery like bigger than a motorbike battery

That is really scary. I'm counting on my kids to wake me up, since I know the smoke detector or my alarm clock won't.
