  • @MarvinYap

Glad it worked for you too. I was so skinny

before and I must admit that I found the site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

by Kyle Leon to be really helpful for me and

in the last few months Im using it everyday

and so far im very happy with the results. I

have now toning muscles in my body.:))

  • I'm about 80 percent raw 20 percent cooked VEGAN

I'm strong, and in great shape. Unlike a lot of bodybuilders, who care about 'looks and strength' I am also 'internally healthy' which is something most bodybuilders never talk about.

  • Ive trained with Ken, he is a cool guy.

  • He dropped 20lbs in one week? You gotta be kidding me that means he had a caloric deficit of 70,000 calories in one week. Bullshit.

  • @liamthewhite its all salt retention. Easy to do.

  • @liamthewhite

Most of the excess weight people have is in the form of water that is retained by the body in order to neutralize toxic and acidic elements. It´s not all fat.

That´s why you can gain a kilo just by eating 200 grams of ham. Liquid retention.

  • Renegade, you say you excersise right? does that mean just weight training? or do you do cardio too?

if you want to get lean and lose body fat, in my opinion, do an hour of cardio a day.

and the guy who said he lost 20lbs in one week.....its all water and junk cleansed out of the colon, its not fat.

    gluck

  • how do you detox?

  • lol maybe you guys should try things for more than a week

  • lol

  • Man, i'm really fed up, I hear all this talk of people losing all this weight on raw food. This guy says he lost 20lbs in one week. I've been on raw food for a week too but I didn't lose any weight and I exercise. I'm frustrated. This ain't right.

  • did you gain any weight?, you must also watch how much carb the meat contains, sometimes the carbs are hidden search for a calculator and write the protein, fat etc and then it will tell you how much hidden carb is in the food, try atkins raw food didnt work for me but with atkins i lost 20lbs in a week. So i would say do rather atkins then this diet. I hope i have helped you

  • Thanks for the reply. I can't go atkins because I don't like to eat meat. I eat fish sometimes but not meat, I feel sick when I eat beef, pork and chicken. I think I get sick when I eat meat because of all the growth hormones, steroids and anti-biotics they give to the animals. I will stick with my curent diet which is mostly vegan and continue lifting weights. It's only been two weeks, the body needs to adjust. I'll rock this thing for 90 days then i'll pass judgement. Peace.

  • Dude, you have to eat alot of Organic raw greens !

  • dude, of course you can't drop 20 lbs a week. Thats stupid, but I've been eating mostly raw, I run 6-8 km almost every day and walk 12 km a day and I can drop 3 lbs a week if I want to. Its all in the caloric-defecit. Your body can't process processed foods (chips, candy, junk food) so it stores it as fat.

  • his metabolic rate was already super gr8 . he was already fit.and his diet was awesome before he went raw . dont compare urself to him and ull feel a lil better .

  • RenegadeMystic, people who lose 20lbs in a week, are people with a ridiculously high amount of bodyfat, like insane amounts.

  • have youdone any internal cleansing? toxins can slow down weight loss? any under lying health problems?

  • "toxins can slow down weight loss"

Intersesting. I believe you are right. I didn't begin to lose weight until one year after I became a vegan. I smoked two packs a day and drank beer everyday before I changed my diet. I believe my body took one year to begin losing weight because I was so toxic. But then I begun to lose weight rapidily earlier this year, 10 lbs a month.

I say, detox first then concentrate on weight loss. Detox can take up to a year as my case proves. Be patient.

  • Tim Van Orden is a World Class Raw Vegan Athlete attempting to make the US Olympic Team.

Check out his video titled : PROTEIN MYTH

This video will TOTALLY change how you think about protein, we have all been Lied to about this !! get the facts, It is Almost impossible to be Protein deficient on this Diet, check it out

  • @MccainsaLIBERAL hmm, to back this up, I have a few interesting numbers you might not have thought through...

lets assume you can gain 12 pounds of muscle per year, something most people couldn't even come close to...

    12lb/12 month = 1lb/month

    1lb = 454g

since muscle is 75% water, 1lb muscle has about 113.5g muscle

theres roughly 30 days/month, so thats about 3.8g protein per day that goes to raw muscle mass, assuming muscle is 100% protein and water. Not saying you only need that much..

  • @frodosauce but your workout does destroy your muscles... so it would be 3.8g net gain but you also have to count what was used just to get you back to where you started... cant be all that much though...

  • @MrFoodismylife I realise that, but the point is that even if digestion had a 10% efficiency and you broke down 3x the muscle you build back you still wouldnt need the 300g a day some bodybuilders consume =P

  • @MccainsaLIBERAL...but it is interesting to think about. Would atleast make you think in itself about the 200g+ per day some bodybuilders shovel down their throats...
