I think what bigdavetaylor2010 was trying to say is that your using other peoples intellectual property to promote your publishing company.

If you uploaded this clip starting with a title such as "Uploaded by Dave, please subscribe" for example nobody would have cared as Dave is not promoting Daves publishing.
