  • @MrSevvo 2110

  • @petrosaircooled oh, i was going to shed a tear! lol

  • so when does the drifting start and donuts stop?

  • Hahaha! How cool is that? Nearly squashed by a Bug! X¬D ;-)

  • una pregunta por q mi vocho no sepatina en pabimento

le reconstrui el motor quedo como nuevo i tan poko derrapa

    por q?

  • yo tambien quiero jugar

  • It sounds like a subaru only because its a vw engine outfitted with dual weber carbs and a nice cam.

  • holly cow... that looks like fun. what mods u got in ur engine???

  • how much did the actual transaxle and limited slip diff actually cost you?

and did you have to buy the diff, then install it into the transaxle yourself? thanx

  • racho pro-street transmission 1200 euro

and Quaiffe ATB LSD was 1360 euro

I had to replace the heavy duty differential that came with the rancho transaxle with the LSD one.

  • sounds like a subaru engine to me :)

  • I'm tired of people thinking there's subi motors in bugs, no vw is the original boxxer style motor. so in reality a subi sounds like a vw

  • actually mate.. vw beetles arnt boxxer engines... the pistons come together on boxxer engines whilst beetles go apart...

    entirly different set up

  • shows how much you know about engines think of what a boxer does punches out hence the name boxer engine i have neaver heard of an engine where pictons come togeather

  • drifting?? umm no.

  • That would be a one star video for misleading.. what a waste of time.

  • those would be donuts, not drifting

  • fair play mate that bug is gorgeous! i just got a 69 bug and i cant get it spinning like that

  • those are just doughnuts that aint drifting

  • that's not drifting.

  • Awsome beetle and video!

  • 1500cc my ass. Very cool bug though.

  • awesome !!! respect

  • pretty sexy ride

  • all you clasick haters get THA F**K OUT OF HERE B**CH

  • That's right vw power!

  • where do i have 2 go 2 find a gearbox nd lsd kit...or who should i contact...because i would like to do that 2 my bug

  • dude... where did u find a gearbox like that??? that was the only mechanical change????

    i have a 1979 brazillian...1500 cc too, single carburetor...

    I WANT SOME BURN OUTS

  • haha grandpa beetle feels young! nice car =)

  • Awesome... i have one beetle but no so tight like this one lol

  • WHAT THE HELL? 1500cc no fucking way

  • Agree

  • anyone know what size engine came stock with the 1973 super 1303?

  • 1600cc dual port

  • damn that hauls

  • it may haul...but the beetle shown here, is probably a sixties, and it has something way more potent than a 1600cc dual port...it probably has something like a 2332cc with 48 ida webers

  • wow. that was awesome. can a 1500 vw engine really do that?

  • Hello, I have an old beetle too, it's a model of the year 1991, those cars have the engine in the rear, meaning there is no differential, how did you put a Limited Slip Differential on it? I'd really like you to answer this pleas.. Greetings, and thank you

  • There is a diff in there as the engine is not transverse. the stock diff can accept about 150hp & not much more. that motor sounds like a "stroker" to me & i would guess at 2276cc. 1500 is the model type and original engine size, not 100% on US cars but the UK 1500 had a 1500cc single port motor of 50hp. It had the 'GT' ratio gearbox and disc brakes as well as 12v electrics for the first time.

  • i have a 73 beetle and i cant get wide tyres on my car cause they will scrape on the arches:( can only get 135/R15. do you know what i would have to do to get wider tyres? i have seen other beetles with wider tyres than mine and they have not had to widen the arches? what should i do?

  • you have to shorten the front axle at lease 2,3 inches. in case you are installing and disc brakes then you have to shorten it even more. there are ready made if you cant do it yourself.

  • how wide are your tyres bro?

  • michelin 195/65/R15 Rear and yokohama 185/50/R15 in front

  • @quinsland88 spell tires right

  • NO WAY thats a 1500.

  • dude that bug is awesome...

  • nice bug!

  • o.k. thats actually doing donuts, not a drift. but still cool

  • NICE,,,

    And if you broke driveshaft...

    Try Finnish Karpiola axles,,,

    They made best axles.

  • i have heavy duty racing axles from Sway-Away.

    I think they can cope.

  • Hey where did you get your diff cheers?

  • from Quaiffe in England

  • sweet. what size of motor do you have in it?

  • OMG u r fucking amazing dude!!! nice ride

  • nice!

  • WOW

a toda madre, chido video y mas ke nada ke perro vocho xD

  • I am imprest from your video. I own a custom bug who need your help at the balance of its weber carbs. Do you know somebody who can help me here in Cyprus. Maybe a partner?

    HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP

  • yeah!! try the aircooled doctor but, maybe in two months time he will be available

  • wicked awesome! who built the motor?

  • the aircooled doctor did

  • very cool

  • Impressive!

hello I am of Mexico and I like much your video! that modifications you have in your Type 1? and that gearbox is? I also have type 1 and the truth my gearbox is a disgust and the differential is horrible,

    very good video!

  • awesome !

Is it really the stock 1500 in there lol?

  • donuts != drifting
