I faced MewGar online today when I was playing a Mewbox variant with Jumpluff and Lilligant. He went 1st and used See Off for Gengar. I brought up my Mew and used Hurl into Darkness! In a few turns, I sent 5 of his Pokémon to the Lost Zone, and knew he was not going to play down Lost World. I could See Off my Jumpluff eventually, and though he didn't run Rainbow Energy, he could KO my Mews with Psyshock on his LZ'ed Slowking and stall with LZ'ed Hoot Hoot's Hypnosis. But I took 6 prizes to win.

Curry actually could have won at a certain point. I'm not 100% sure about his hand but he when he had only one prize left and Jirachi Time Hollowed his T-Tar back, leaving a Larvitar with 40 HP with 3 energy on it active, he passed since he didn't have a rare candy. What he actually should have done is use the Poke Com he plays next turn (although Im not sure if he top decked it) to get a Pupitar to use Rage for 20 + the 40 he had on him for 60 on Jirachi for the KO and last prize.

@danethebrain It seems like there were no more Pupitars left in his deck because he discarded one earlier with Sage's Training. If he had one left, though, you would be correct!

@TopCutPokemon How silly of him to only run one Pupitar. In a deck that occasionally damages it's own bench, why would you not run at least 2 of a Pokemon that has an early version of Resh/Zek's Outrage? I only noticed because I've been playing a T-Tar deck since the HGSS-on format began and it pains me to see my home-deck lose to such an easy match-up.
